This paper is a reflective overview of the knowledge on online conversion services in perspective urban planning. It points that traditional planning aimed at building optimal spatial relationships between particular functions environment. Appropriate decision-making rules had been introduced, contributing to hierarchical land-use structure. conventional approach has recently challenged by rapid ICT development which added lively, virtual, non-spatial dimension economy.
